Set your default printers and per-user preferences so documents print instead of downloading.

In the Direct Print settings, set your default printers and scales. Don't forget the shipping label printer if you need one.

Go to user preferences, set the default printers and scales for that user, and tick Auto-print via Direct Print.

With that ticked, documents are forwarded to the printer instead of downloading as a PDF.

That's it — you can now print directly to your default printers. Try printing any document, and make sure the printer is switched on.

You can still download any report instead of printing it, using the Download button.
